Raf summons

A quick breakdown of all summoning Recruit-A-Friend requirements is as follows:

• Veteran and recruit character must of the same faction and on the same realm
  
• Summoning target must be below level 61
  
• To summon a linked veteran or recruit through the Friends List interface, the target must be first added to this list through the normal script command (/friend <charactername>)

And here's the related restrictions:

• Linked character summoning will no longer be available once an account link breaks
  
• Each summon possesses a one-hour cooldown
  
• Although the ability to be summoned ceases at level 61, characters of this level or above may still summon their linked veteran/recruit as long as the summoning target is level 60 or lower (and an account link is still active)
  
• Characters on accounts which are not BC- or WotLK-enabled may not be summoned to BC- or WotLK-specific zones
