GM deleted my characters stuff

ok so i recently faction changed, process took 2 days, and upon completion i logged in, went over my inventory and bank to make sure nothing was missing, all seemed well aside from a few achievements and a title missing, so i opened a bug report GM ticket listing a few things, i lost credit for 20 or so dalaran cooking awards, about 500 emblems, 21 city defender kills, my challenger achievement and title, annnd thats about all off the top of my head atm, but anyway so i sat on this ticket waiting DAYS as usual for an answer, till lastnight when GM Alfoln popped up, went over the list, and said his Supervisor had said he'd like to log onto my character to go over it and fix it, i was in arena's at the time (1951 2's rating) and asked him to wait, upon dying i left the arena, gave my partner the heads up and logged off. i got on my bank alt as asked (GM said i needed to be on another toon) my main logged on and off a few times, then the GM said i could get back on to check everything, so i did!

he DISBANDED my 2v2 team, left my guild, reset about 12 exalted reputation factions to 0000/3000 neutral, and on top of that, didn't fix ANY of the bugs, so i immedietly told the GM what happened, he said that the 2's team wasn't disbanded and i only left it (im on vent with my friend, who was uploading pics of his screen as this was happening, showing everything my toon did, and my character under control of the GM did in fact disband an almost 2k rated arena team and leave my guild) so i explained it to him, he afk'd to talk to his supervisor, then came back and said appearently it was the only way to fix my issues, and all the reps and achievements would be set to what they should be after lastnights/this mornings "rolling restarts/hot fix" but hes sorry, hes not allowed to restore my team that THEY destroyed.

so when i logged on today, about 12:10pm my character had indeed recieved changes....just not the proper ones, all my achievements remained bugged, all my reps are still reset, my guild and arena team are still gone, AND the change was, my undead character now has alliance mounts, so im on firetree, sitting outside orgrimmar, on a black war tiger, sitting on ANOTHER ticket, that wont be answered for DAYS, just to be told "to bad, we're only allowed to destory everything on your account, not restore it" which leads me to wonder..... why play a blizzard game at all, ever?
