Grunty Email Help (not about phishing)

I was under the impression that we would be receiving the code via snail mail again so I didn't think much of it at the time, but until very recently (as in, the past couple of days) my DirecTV account has been pointed at a now deceased school email account that I have no way of accessing. How can I go about getting my code resent if it doesn't show up at the new address?

Did you purchase the streaming internet service from RayV, Lynara, or did you go through DIRECTV directly? If the latter, redemption codes are still intended to be sent out through standard mail.
