How long does it take to answer email??

I am using my husband's account to post this question. My account was hacked Tuesday night and I sent Blizzard an email to try to recover it and I have still not been answered. I got an automated email that said they received mine, but no actual response. I can see these people playing my account and it's making me real mad that no one will contact me about this!!! I am sure they have sold all my stuff and took all my gold by now. How long do I have to wait to be answered?? I want my account back!!!!!
