Is the only way to pay for Realm Transfers/Character Re-customizations using a Credit Card?
Or am i missing the part where you can use Paypal?

Sadly, Paypal is not a valid form of payment for the Character Transfer service, Bawksyy. If you'd like to see a Paypal option moving forward, I encourage you to voice your suggestion on the Suggestions Forum.
