blizz why have u made it so emblems of conquest and triumph can be traded for emblems of heroism but emblems of triumph cannot?

You absolutely can do this, Hortan - well sort of. You see you can talk to Usuri Brightcoin <Money Changer>, in the Sewer of Dalaran, to exchange your Emblem of Triumph to an Emblem of Conquest. From there you would be able to exchange your Emblem of Conquest for an Emblem of Valor, and in turn exchange that for an Emblem of Heroism.
