I was contacted in BG's by a GM. This person sent me a survey. While I was filling this survey out, I was kicked from the BG and listed as deserter. Also the survey I was filling out disappeared. never got to finish it.

Correct. I also wanted to mention that surveys are random. The Game Master who addresses your petition has no control over who receives. :)
