IC 5 man with 3.3? - Blue Tracker

I hear a lot of QQ about the LK being in the new 5 man IC dungeon. I am sure, which is probably obvious to most people, that you won't kill the LK in the 5 man because there won't be a raid :P. I am assuming that the LK in the 5 man will just contribute to lore, which I hope it turns out epic because I love the lore :). Is this coming out in a patch prior to 3.3 to explain the lore before the release of the IC raid itself, or will they both come simultaneously?

The 5 player dungeons and the raid dungeon are all part of the upcoming patch 3.3.
