Thorim bugged?

Just did a slam through Uld10 hard modes(zero deaths) up to Thorim. We get to him first time, jump down, he comes down stand there and despawns.

We do this again, he despawns.

We do this AGAIN, he despawns.

We blame it on hard mode, sit on our thumbs until hard mode is gone, jump down, he despawns.

There is NO ONE up top. NO TOTEMS, nothing. What gives?! D:

We are aware of an issue which is causing Thorim to evade and reset after jumping from the balcony. Our Quality Assurance and Development teams are investigating this issue thoroughly and hope to provide a resolution as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, we do not yet have an ETA to provide. For the latest information, I encourage you to keep an eye on the Bug Report forum and the Recent In-Game Fixes thread found within the Service Status forum.
