Regarding Achievements

Will the achievement system/counters ever be able to be fixed so that it will reflect accurately regarding items aquired or will the achievements regarding items be completely meaningless because of inaccuracies?

example: 1220 + 514 + 82 = 2499.

I did ask here since at least if there is a response others will have an opportunity to see it. Unlike an in-game ticket where I can never seem to actually talk to a gm to square things up.

Can you provide me an example with a few more details, Oauberon? The achievement's name and required objectives would be a great place to start. :)

This is actually intended, Oauberon, and was implemented in order to globally resolve issues with prior achievement tracking losses. :)

Unfortunately, we were unable to restore the individual achievement tracking losses for every character affected, Oauberon. Rather than leave those losses unresolved, we provided all characters with a set tracking "total" according to their previous achievement history. (Please also note that the core issue which caused the original tracking discrepancies should now no longer occur.)

This resolution was very carefully thought out with the best interest of our players in mind. While several different approaches were considered, ultimately we determined that proceeding on good faith and opting to err on the side of generosity was the better course of action. Going forward, characters' Emblem counts will stack based on the pre-set total.
