Forgot Secret Question Answer

I'm intending to transfer my DK from my original account to this one but i seem to have forgotten my secret question answer to my original account.

A guildy told me that all i needed was my orignal authentication key to get it back (which i have).

So how exactly would i go about getting it back or reset or transfering my dk without the need of the secret question answer??

It cannot be reset, but there is a possibility Billing may be able to assist.
