I just got kicked off of Echo Isles.... Anyone else with same problems? I could log into other realms fine, just not Echo Isles.

Our Realm Technicians are looking into the issue. As soon as I have an update I'll pass it along.

we got pwned doing loot NOOOooooo

If when you are able to log back in, Gasple, you find that the loot is no longer available to be distributed please have the Raid Leader or Master Looter submit a petition. If we are able to verify the kill and the loot drop we should be able help award the loot.

Blah, more wasted time on top of the server being down.

It is an option, Gummydrop, if they missed out on being able to loot a boss in their raid. I don't see how having that option is available would be considered a waste of time but you do not need to avail yourself of that option if you do not wish to.

Folks, Echo Isles is being restarted as we speak.

Send in ticket.
2 days later: your ticket has been escalated
2 more days after that, person gets loot.

That is a waste of time in my book. Keep the mountain dew away from the servers. D:

I don't believe the time line is correct currently, you are likely looking at a total of two days for the entire process.

Would we rather have the realm remain online without an issue? Absolutely, but these things happen and I was simply advising those who may have had a looting issue because of this that they have options.

Just out of curiosity, How long does the server take to restart. I thought it was no more than 15min.

Usually around 15 minutes, Biggy. Since the restart was initiated it has been around 10 minutes. They sometimes need to check the realm out before they make it publicly accessible though. You'll likely know when the process has been completed but I'll provide an update when I get one.

It appears the initial reboot did not resolve the issue. Our Realm Technicians are making further adjustments that we hope will not take too much time.

If I am able to acquire more details I'll be certain to pass them along. As of now though, I am awaiting additional news as to the realm's status.

It looks like the adjustments have resolved the issue. Can you all try logging in once more?

I apologize for what inconvenience this may have caused you. Thank you all for your patience.
