Draconic for Dummies Chapter 6

Well, I'm on this account that is capped at level 60, no expansions on it, and doing my Scepter of the Shifting Sands questline. I spent nearly seven hours tonight doing the Draconic for Dummies quest, and have all chapters but number 6. That of course drops off Onyxia. I ticketed a GM about it, but he wasn't very helpful at all, and my issue remains unsolved. The GM told me to buy the expansions and level to 80, which is out of the question, one account with them is enough. He continued to say that the quest has been upgraded to a level 80 quest, which is ridiculously wrong.

Now, my issue being, how am I to get the chapter if I cannot kill Onyxia anymore? I read elsewhere that a GM had sent the book to someone in my situation. Any help would be appreciated.

Content within the World of Warcraft is constantly changing and certain aspects of the game may no longer be accessible as the game continues to evolve. While I understand your frustration and sincerely apologize, I'm afraid that I am unable to award you this item even though it is no longer available for the level 60 player. I do, however, encourage you to share your feedback and suggestions on the Suggestions Forum so that the Development Team can analyze the situation and maybe one day make Volume VI drop in a different location.

Again, I sincerely apologize for any frustration this issue has caused, but I remind you that the world (of Warcraft) is about to be turned upside down with the Cataclysm and could possibly make more content inaccessible. So if you'd like to make your suggestions on how classic content should be handled, now's the time!
