Curse of the Elements now increases magic damage taken by 11%

Apparantly casters need nerfs, So now locks have another buff which they ORIGINALLY HAD... that is inferior than the DK and boomkin ones. ( Blood Pact and Fel intelligence) both inferior to their counterparts

I mean really? =s

Curse of the Elements rank 5 is still 13%.

It's possible the reference refers to rank 4 going from 10% to 11% (since rank 3 was also 10%). OMG lock buff! :)

does it still have the - resistances still on it? if not, that's a huge nerf unless you remove binary resists from the game once and for all.

Curse of Elements rank 5 has not changed between 3.2.2 and 3.3.
