i tried to log in today but i was told that i had to use my battle/net account info because my WoW account was now linked to it. I don't have a battle.net account so i assumed i was hacked. I couldn't even log in to the forums so i had to make this trial account to find out what is going on.

Is there anything i can do besides waiting all weekend while the hackers steal all my gold and delete my characters for the Billing and Account Services line to be available. Why isn't it available on weekends??

I have little time available to play and i get to spend none of the time i set aside this weekend playing WoW. I hope there is some way to resolve this issue before Monday at 5pm which is when i will be able to call the Billing and Account Services line. By then i will have lost everything and will have to waste even more time getting my character and gear back.

I'm afraid not, Gemorsana, you will need to contact our Billing and Account Services department during the week.

You can call 1 (800) 592 5499 (1-800-59-BLIZZARD) Monday through Friday 8AM-8PM (PDT) for live representation.
Australian users should please call 1-800-041-378 if the standard 800 line does not work.

Many Billing and Account Service departments are open during banking hours, as Vrog stated. If you believe we should have an extended set of hours over the weekend you'll want to post in our Suggestion forum. Our developers and policy makers read the forum frequently, and take into consideration all suggestions, even if they are unable to directly reply to them.

Now as to the issue at hand. If you have not done so already, Gemorsana, please check out the following thread regarding computer security.

Once you have regained access to the account check your characters and report any loss you find via an in-game petition. Your case will be forwarded to our Investigation Team who will work to repair any damage that was done.

Just a note but when an account is compromised your characters are generally stripped within the first 20 minutes.

Good luck, Gemorsana, I understand this issue is frustrating but our teams will do their utmost to recover the lost items and gold.
