Not seeing any love for the Alliance. :(

... Maybe it's just me, but I felt a very strong sense of contempt towards the Alliance player base at Blizzcon. Not just from players boo-ing anything Alliance-related, but also the lack of attention from the Blizzard employees.

Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed the stream of Blizzcon a lot, especially all the new content promised in Cataclysm. But I can't help but think that the staff at Blizzard (of which L80ETC is a part) could really care less about the alliance player base. After all, what catch phrase do people think of when they hear "Warcraft?" Why, "For the Horde," what else? Hell, it was even mentioned on that thief-show "Leverage."

The biggest slap in the face (to me) at Blizzcon though, was the absolute lack of attention from L80ETC. We heard songs about rogues, demons, the Power Of The Horde, but not a single verse about the Alliance.

Even Samwise (Samuro) himself even noticed that the Alliance audience was not enjoying the performance nearly as much as the Horde. So basically I ask you, Blizz: Is the Alliance going to receive any POSITIVE attention in the future? Either in lore or in real life?

And if L80ETC does decide make an Alliance song, will it be flattering, or something insulting like a Horde player would write about Alliance? I'm hoping it's the former, but I won't hold my breath.

While I would argue that the songs about rogues and deathknights aren't really faction specific, I have one word that is the answer: Worgen.

First Blood Elves, then Death Knights. The Worgen will be the next expansion feature that everyone loves to make fun of. I can't wait until I'm in a 5 man group with four Worgen's all being named a variation of "Worgenfreeman".

People will be spending too much time making fun of goblins.

You said something about worgen... Does that mean Lvl80etc is making a song about them?

I don't speak for TAFKA-L80ETC, they do all the talking when they are on stage.

But I think the Worgen shows we love the Alliance, plain and simple.
