I understand that this situation can cause some frustration, Elementa, but these measures are intended to be a security precaution, and normally only taken when the account appears to be accessed by an unauthorized user.

Please note that in order for our Account Administration department to help you regain access to the account they will need to have the registered account holder submit both a completed account retrieval form, and a photo copy of your ID. I can confirm that we recently received your most recent email containing your ID, but no retrieval form. Therefore, I encourage you to try sending a single email with both a photocopy of the completed and signed retrieval form, and a photocopy of your ID attached.

If you reply to this thread once you have submitted the requested information, then I will be happy to check and confirm if we received both attachments. Thank you for your patience in this matter, and I hope that we are able to assist you with regaining access to the account soon.

I apologize if there is any confusion surrounding this process. Per the email from us that you quoted, we are unable to accept partial submissions; all required documentation must be resent in a single submission. This means that we are unable to combine the retrieval form from one email and the ID from another. While you are able to submit them as two separate attachments, we would need both items submitted within the same email.

There is no way to expedite this process, but I wish to assist you by making sure that you have submitted the required documentation accurately so that your request may be processed as soon as possible. Therefore, please let me know if you need any further clarification on the steps required for recovering access to the account in question.

Q u o t e:

ok my fine sir i just sent all pieces the form signed and fron and back of my lisence in a fax to the number 949 725 7972

Thank you very much, Elementa. I will do what I can to check on that fax and follow up with you on this thread once I am able to confirm that we have received your submission. Please note that I do not have an ETA for when your fax will be processed, but this will hopefully help lay any concerns to rest regarding if all the required documentation was successfully received.

Once again, thank you for your continued patience.

It appears that your fax has been received and it currently in line to be processed; however, I have been told that the photo copy of your ID is illegible. You may want to try setting the fax machine to a lighter setting, or it may be a good idea to try submitting the information via email.

Q u o t e:
alrighty and can we let it be known please that i DO use an ip tunneler/scrambler so multiple different ips is just my personal game defense so i am not ip logged

On a side note, Elementa, this does not appear to have been the cause of this issue. I encourage you to be sure that your account information has not been shared with anyone not authorized to access the account per our Terms of Use Agreement. If you do not believe that you had disclosed any of your account’s details to anyone else, then it would probably be a good idea to review the computer/account security recommendations found on the following sticky thread:

Q u o t e:
can i send a color copy?

Yes, a color copy will be accepted digitally.

Q u o t e:
and do i still need to send all of it together or can i just send the id cuz my scanner chops the form into 3 pieces but will send the id and do u need front and back of id?

Yes, please send all documentation completely. Do not submit the form separately from the ID. Keep in mind the entire submission must be less than 3MB. If the size is greater than this, we will not be able to receive it.

Good luck!
