Detect Wow MMO Gaming Mouse Problems

Hi,

I noticed a new feature in 3.2.2 where I can turn on the detect WoW gaming mouse feature. I most certainly have this mouse so I activated this option.

But whenever I log in I always get the problem "failed to detect WoW Gaming Mouse".

What is going on here? Please don't tell me to ask steel series because their service is some of the worst in the entire computer industry.

Hi Kgo,

We currently do not have this mouse in the Tech department so troubleshooting this issue might be really difficult for us. You may want to uninstall and reinstall the Steelseries mouse driver from http://www.steelseries.com/downloads to see if it helps. If you're running Windows Vista or Windows 7, make sure that you run both the Steelseries software and the game in the same manner (none of them or all of them explicitly as an admin) or they may start ignoring one another.
