Faction Change Problem >.<

A friend and I wanted to try out Faction Change - so he went first and then I got mine shortly after, he logged back onto his account within 10 minutes, and the button was there.
I logged on not even 5 minutes later (I know my mistake lol =[ ) and then when there was no button (idk why I was expecting to find it...) I closed it and decided to read a bit about it.

Then I found a "Don't log onto your account for up to 30 minutes of ect" so, my request was not cancelled was it? I left it alone and it was about 20 minutes in when my friend logged on it to check and it wasn't there, just double checking it wasn't denied or there were any problems with it o.o

I'm going to wait like an hour before I even consider checking again*
