Knights of the ebon blade?

So i got the "new" helm from 10 man ony today for my dps set. After having issues with gemming it for 2 hours. I went out to my good ole friends the knights of the ebon blade to get the helm enchant (already exalted). and it shows a bunch of scourge there. no faction i grinded so many heroics to get revered + for. Anyone else having issues with this?

Ebon Blade rep itself is preserved. You do have to do a very few quests to open up the Shadow Vault again, but those are usually pretty quick and easy.
