Urgent open ticket

Please, what do i do?

I have and open ticket for an URGENT issue. It's been opened for more than 10 hours and not even close to an answer... What do we pay this for?

Im an officer in my main's guild, and we officers (11 of us, including the guild founder) think our Guild Leader will ninja our guild bank and transfer off to another server. He turned off all of our acesses and permissions of officer rank, we cant promote/demote/invite/get stuff from bank. He turned off our admin acess in our forum and deleted our community in Orkut. He told us in Ventrilo the he would /gdisband and transfer.

Will a GM be able to help us? Can he demote this guild leader, and give this rank to any of us? Preferably the guild founder?

I cant be online for that much time, its been 10 hours... I have to work.

Any help will be much appreciated

Unfortunately, Nyne, we are unable to investigate a possible violation that has not yet happened. Until the Guild Leader strips the guild and/or disbands we will be unable to intervene.

If the Guild Leader does take these threatened actions please submit an in-game petition and we will be happy to look into. Please note that although the guild and the items within the guild are technically considered to be under the control of the Guild Leader there are times when we may become involved. The outcome is in no way guaranteed but we will certain look into the situation and make an appropriate determination.
