Even the latter process, as you've noted, would presently require a transfer through our Neutral Auction House. :)

Regardless, you're certainly welcome to use this in-game feature to play the market to your advantage (provided that all other policies are adhered to). Please note, though, that should the transfer of items somehow go awry, the Game Master department would likely not intervene. Proceed with extreme caution and you should be fine.
