Faction Change and Card issue. Weird!

Hello Customer Service.

Couple of things before I cry about my situation (Im not mad or upset, just have a huge sense of humor):

*I do know the Billing services number, but its late and was hoping to see if results could happen here
*I know faction changes have had a few speed bumps due to a lot of changing numbers and such
*I know many of you who are not CS reps like to be helpful and post links to websites and faqs etc, however I have read them and didn't find what I was looking for.



SO, now thats out of the way:

I just did a character change from an old account to my currently used one. By the time I hit "accept" and payed for the account transfer, my character was ALREADY playable by the time i logged in. It was awesome, and thank you :)


Now, 10 mins ago, I tried to do a faction change on another character, and after typing my card number 3 times, its telling me my card number is NOT correct.

Now I did enter the number more than once, because i do have Dyslexia and I know a lot of times user error causes issues that people flip out over, however it IS correct, and I used it not long ago on another account situation as stated above.


Is there a known issue with faction change and cards? Thanks for the help in advance.

Should a CS rep get a moment, is there ANYTHING else you might need from me information wise?

I am very sorry to hear you are having difficulties, Seguro.

This could be a few things, and a call to Billing may well be necessary. I wouldn't attempt this too many times in a row as there may be pending charges (which disappear in a few days on their own) put against your available credit or balance by your financial institution.

Anyway, if this is triggering a safeguard for a web transaction, there isn't a lot you can do but try another card. Unfortunately, that's not something I can see, but Billing may be able to shed some light on that.

This could also be a browser issue, you may want to try clearing your cookies/cache - or trying another browser. If that's the issue, it should clear for you.

I wish there was more I could recommend or assist you with, but this would be Billing's domain.
