Speed Hack used in WSG 10-19 Bracket

This guy is using a speed hack on Ruin battlegroup and with it he is able to cap the flag all 3 times in under a minute. This is ridiculous because even if you open a ticket by the time the ticket is opened its 3 days later and the GM's say they will investigate it. They really need to get to the ticket's faster so they might be able to catch people like that in the act. I pay money to play this game and I know its impossible to stop hacks but if Blizzard had better customer service then they would be able to see this guy in WG running around capping all 3 flags in under a minute over and over and over. I have run into this guy already about 5 times today.
