You guys really know what you're doing. I've loved your games for over 10 years now. I'm so glad I finally ditched EverQuest and came over to the dark side of WoW. Forget the whiners, these continual patches and updates make the game a wonderful experience. Sure, it isn't perfect, but it is as perfect as it can be for being what it is.

Thanks for rolling out 3.2.2 so soon after 3.2. Thanks for not sucking at keeping customers happy like a ton of other companies tend to do. Thumbs up, keep it coming.

I often tell people, one "Way to go" or "Thank you" can wipe out some of the more negative statements that people share with us.

At the same time, passionate people post passionately and it's what we also want to see. If people are passionate about what we are doing, then it means they care and we just work all the harder to bring to you the most epic gaming experiences we can. We just often see more of the negative than the positive, but we know it's out there and appreciate when someone (or many) step forward to let us know we're still doing a good job for them.
