What do we know about 3.3? I've been reading some things allegedly from Blizzcon, but I can't seem to find a source.

I know we'll see the Icecrown Citadel raid, complete with Arthas. I also know that there will be another 5-man dungeon. I've heard things about faction leaders leading dungeon crawls, multiple five-mans, and other neat things. I'm curious what the definite word is.

So far the information we've confirmed about patch 3.3 was covered in our Dungeon & Raid panel at BlizzCon 2009. Specifically: http://www.blizzard.com/blizzcon/recaps/raid_dungeon-panel.xml

After that, the panel went on to talk about raid dungeons, the first being Icecrown Citadel, which will be released in patch 3.3. This is the home of the Lich King and his Scourge army. The waypoints used in Ulduar received a lot of positive feedback, so we plan to use those again in this dungeon. We are currently planning to implement 12 epic encounters, including battles against the ultimate Frost Wyrm, Sindragosa, and the Lich King himself! This dungeon will also include a new 5-player dungeon with 8 bosses spread across three separate wings.

We'll have more information to share with you about the many features of this patch in the near future.

Zar, metzen said it will be mega. Can you at least confirm the "mega-tude" of this patch? or is that hush hush with a side of soon aswell.

The content is certainly going to be quite epic. We're working on putting together some information for everyone and hope to share it with you sooner than the implied "soon."
