Frustrated... Can't remember account name

I'm not sure if this is the right forum for this, but if it's not, sue me (please don't)

I've spent this entire day trying to regain an old account. At first I thought it might have been deleted because I haven't used it since Christmas a couple years ago, but I was reassured that it wouldn't have been by several searches. If it's been deleted, just let me know, and somehow let me use my authentification key again so I don't have to waste more money. Like, seriously, haha.

Basically, I just can't recall my account name or password, and I've had a horrible time trying to find them. I would go into detail, but in short it took me an hour to find the email my account's attached to, an hour on-and-off of guessing usernames and passwords, a while searching for people with the same problem, asked a couple friends, made an account of battle.net just to have my verification code denied for some reason, dug out my authentification key, searched the website for tech support, and now, two calls to automated-tech-support without solving the problem. I'm pissed!

When I called tech support, it said go to the quick-links (sidebar), click on retrieve password, and click on 'forgot account', where I can apparently just put in my email and get my account name sent to me. My email is all I have, so this sounds great, but after following directions I find that this doesn't actually exist!

Basically, I just want to know how to get my account running again, or at least know if it's still there. For GM information, all I really had on it was a dwarf paladin, like level 30, probably named Caleen or Meryll or something involving ferrets, something like that., haha. Please help!

It sounds like your best bet will be to contact our Billing & Account Services department. They're still open for another hour tonight, but if you do not get through, you could try sending an email or contacting them via telephone when they open on Monday.
