Faction change error - Blue Tracker

Whenever I try to change factions it keeps telling me that 'an error has occurred on this page A character cannot change factions while there is mail in their mailbox or while they have any items for sale in the auction house'

I've checked my mail for the 10th time and NO auctions are in the AH but this message keeps popping up, I don't know what to do..

Can a Blizzard employee please help me

On which character are you attempting to complete a Faction Change, Azsharella? Name and realm, please. :)

Can you try the process once more, Azsharella? I'm unfortunately not certain you'll be successful, but I'd like to see if the issue is still occurring at this time.

As your character presently displays no active or pending mail or auction items (both in-game and within our records), Azsharella, I've forwarded your information on for further review. I'll check back with you as quickly as I can. :)
