Blue- This is out of control. Serious thread.

On the Shadowburn group there is a player named <removed> on the server Detheroc that constantly and intentionally resets Galv, and Drak every single game he plays. He ruins, every single game he is in and that is quite frequent. He's been doing this for about 3-4 months now and I want to know why he hasn't been banned? I'm not even kidding when I say this has gotten pretty old and without any type of response from hundreds if not thousands of tickets put in by other players in this time. Is this the type of GM response I should expect?

I would like a serious response from a Blue about why this has not been handled. This isn't the appropriate place you say? Normally I'd agree. But after reporting this guy myself over 30 times and watched entire alliance battlegroups report him over a 3-4 month span I now have to disagree. This is unacceptable at best. If it was one game every now and again I'd ignore it but this goes on all day long almost every day and its ridiculous to lose constantly because someone else gets their kicks off griefing others.

Other channels have been used to try and resolve this issue but it seems that is not the case with this type of abuse of other players. So here this thread is.

I found only a single petition from this account referring to the player in question. While I appreciate the seriousness of the situation, hyperbole serves no real purpose =(. Please continue to report this player by name and realm if you observe this behavior again, please note that his behavior appears to be part of a consistent pattern of abuse, and that you've reported him in the past. You may also want to mention that he verbally harasses and taunts other players in the battle as well.

In the meantime, please trust that our staff will continue to investigate and deal with these matters appropriately. We will never reveal the actions taken against another player's account.
