Please blizz, tell me, What spec should I roll to be viable in Arenas?

Is last or second to last in the 2s, 3s, and 5s representation too high?

I know the Q & A sessions are over but here goes:

Q: Why do you think hunters consistently rank near the bottom of pvp, season after season, yet feel additional nerfs are warranted.

I'm not sure all these low level alts realize that when we ban you, we ban accounts, not characters.
