TotGC-10 Bugged - Can't start Lord Jaraxxus

We were running TotGC 10 tonight. Northrend Beasts went down.

Once he was dead, we tealked to the NPC to start the next encounter and.....

.....he apologizes, but Grand Warlock whatever wont' be here until next week....

We've done full clear of TotGC 10 for the past 2 weeks, and everyone has it unlocked, so that can't be it.

So for some reason the NPC seems to think that Lord Jaraxxus has not been unlocked.

We reformed the raid and it's still the same issue. Right now we're waiting to see if a soft reset will fix it. Otherwise, I can't think of anything else we could do. I've submitted a GM ticket, and am posting here to see if anyone else might be running into this issue tonight.

Please keep in mind that for a soft reset to function correctly, every member of your raid must leave the instance and remain outside of it for at least 30 minutes. If a raid member logged out inside, or someone entered, then the soft reset will not function.

You need not cancel your petition of the soft reset does not function, but it should help in this circumstance.
