Gm ticket -- no answer 12 hrs later :(

Hey I opened a ticket in game because some how my staff got deleted. I don't know if in the confusion of equipping the Brewfest steins I deleted it, vendored it, or it just got lost somehow but now my Staff of Trickery from H VH is gone!!! I know blizz gm's can restore items since some of my friends have had the same thing happen.

But its 3 am here and I cant sit by my comp all night while by the whole "we have alot of petitions open" disclaimer I guess alot of other people complain at 1-3 am? What should I do? Should I keep waiting, try at a certain hour or just give up and start farming H VH again with my new green staff from the AH :(

I encourage you to take the advice of your fellow players, Archelon. Logging out of the game will not alter our ability to assist you in this case. The information provided within your petition should be adequate; based upon the information provided we will provide a restoration if at all possible regardless of whether or not your character is logged on.

Never the less, a Game Master will contact you as soon as possible.
