Azuremyst Realm GM seems to be AFK

My friend was hacked this morning and he is been waiting for a response from our responsible GM....

Its been 9 hours already and no1 has answered, he is has been all day on waiting and this GM doesnt appear!!!!

this happens me a lot, our GM never answers or answers like a week later,

Such a lack of responsability!! what kind of service do we have!!!! God would have answered earlier than him, is he afk or what??!!!! Does Azuremyst has a GM???!!!!!!

I doubt I want to know what you mean by that. What our Game Masters are doing would be addressing petitions in the order they have been entered. Is the queue longer than we would prefer? Absolutely. We continue to strive to bring the response time down but that doesn't mean that we are ignoring petitions or slacking off.

Angelez, I won't simply leave it at an edit the next time. If you can not learn to communicate without using inappropriate language or acronyms you'll want to simply not post.

Caplocks also are not required.

I'm unable to find a petition submitted by this account, Angelez, could you give me the specific character/realm that submitted it?

I think the lesson here would be, you doing something here has absolutely no impact on your friend's wait time. Considering you didn't provide me with the name of the person who submitted the petition it would be a little difficult for anything you did here to affect them.

About high volume and petitions... in TBC i openened a tickets and 15 mins later i got an answer... well yeah its been long since that happened and tbc evolved in WotLK.... however the gm sistem should evolve too, as more gms, more effectivness and in my point of view from 15 mins to 10 hours well thats not progress, i know overpopulation and stuff but also lol more personal to fix issues faster etc...?

We have more staff, Angelez, and we continue to hire more. Perhaps if people would follow some of the advice from the sticky I provided we could get to and address issues faster. :) Regardless, we continue to work through our queues.
