Hunter at the bottom of 2s and 3s...AGAIN

With the exception of one season, when hunter representation at higher levels (2000+ and 2200+) was slightly above average (and which was immediately followed by a crippling string of big-time nerfs), Hunters have been last or close to it in 2s and 3s (and not much better in 5s) for EVERY OTHER SEASON.

My quesiton is simple: does Blizz have any serious intention of making hunters a class to be reckoned with in arena, or are they comfortable with how things are and how things have basically always been?

Because when brief moments of viability (Beastcleave, Season 5) are rapidly nerfed, and yet the systemic, obvious, pervasive and statistically dramatic weakness of hunters in arena is allowed to persist from week to week, it is tough to avoid the conclusion that Blizz simply isn't all that concerned about it.

As a hunter since 2004 who loves pvp, I am BEGGING you Blizz...please, please please make my class fun and viable again. Please :-(
