Blizzard Store: Trying to buy authenticator

I have both a question and a problem.

The question is: Can I attach an EU Authenticator (meaning, bought through the EU Blizzard store) to a US account? I have a US WoW account but am currently living in the EU, so I'm a bit confused as to which Authenticator I should purchase and from where.

Which leads me to my problem: When I try to order an Authenticator from the EU Blizz store I click on the image/link of the Authenticator that the search turns up and it tells me "An Error Has Occurred". Therefore, if I must buy an Authenticator from the EU site, this is pretty much a brick wall in the way.

And I'm sorry if this wasn't the right place to post this, but none of the links for "Help" on the store sight were very, well, helpful. Also, since I don't have an EU account, I can't ask this on the EU forums even though this is an EU store problem.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble placing an order on the EU store. Even though your World of Warcraft account is for the North American release of the game, our European support department should be able to help you with any issues regarding the EU online store. Additionally, I can confirm that the Blizzard Authenticators available through Blizzard online store are universal, and should work on both EU and US accounts.
