Changing account info.

Is there a way to change the registered name of the account?

My parents created the account but I turned 18 so I was told I could have the name transfered into my name.

Please help. I contacted billing and I think there is no way possible to change it threw that..

Please help.

- The reason I want it changed is so I can transfer an character on to ths account. Since this one is registered with my parents name.

Go to your state department of motor vehicles and get a state ID.
In Calif it looks just like a driver license but is not a license to drive, just an official ID.

If you are unable to get a state ID you can always follow the process and send in a copy of your Birth Certificate. It does just as good a job of proving to us who you are and that you are of age :)

Do not forget that your parent or guardian will need to help complete the form to make sure everything is properly documented and that they have signed over the account to you.
