Please email me a way to remove my authenticator to my registered email account (I saw that someone kindly did so to another user). I have an iPod Touch and updated it to OS 3.1 over the weekend and now I am unable to play. I've attempted to call Billing while ive got the time between patients and even had my staff try while I am busy.

If this request is good enough, please do so!

Thank you for your time,
Bad "Grandpa" Joojoo

Q u o t e:
Per another post from a billing rep, there is a form that can be sent to the e-mail address that they can send back to have the authenticator removed.

While a phone call is preferred, one of the following forms may be submitted (depending on your account type), as well:

WoW account: http://us.blizzard.com/support/article.xml?locale=en_US&articleId=21469
Battle.net account: http://us.blizzard.com/support/article.xml?locale=en_US&articleId=26361

Badjoojoo, the email you received in response is indeed legitimate, as well as the address from which it was sent. We understand there appears to be a regional discrepancy and I do apologize for any confusion it may have caused. Your issue will be addressed as quickly as possible. :)
