How to realm transfer + faction change?

I don't see an option do both at the same time. Do I need to complete the realm transfer first as horde and then do a faction transfer independently of that?

You are welcome to complete these processes in whichever order you choose, Salvs, but if you submit both the Character Transfer and Faction Change at the same time, please make sure you log into your character before completing the Faction Change in-game.
