Character Moving Slow on Mounts

Helloo
My character seems to be moving slower on mounts (not like someone has a speed bonus from an item/talent and is slightly going faster)

I mean that if I'm standing next to a lvl 20 on a 60% speed mount and I'm on a 60% speed mount and we both go straight forward, the level 20 will fly by me as if I wasn't even on a mount

If I'm on a 100% speed mount next to the same level 20 with a 60% speed mount, I will either keep up or slowly start falling behind

Not sure why it's happening but 60% should = 60% and 100% should be > 60% not < 60%

Can I get you to try something for me, ModelcÃtÃzen?

Exit the game completely, visit your World of Warcraft folder, and double click the file named Repair.exe. Make sure each box is checked and click the "Reset and Check Files" button to begin the repair process. Once you've finished, please log into the game and tell me if you notice your character moving quicker than normal atop a mount.
