So I did everything at the argent tourtament opened up the TFA quest and all that good stuff .Now where do I go to spend my champion seals on heirlooms?
Do I have to go back and get my rep up with the Argent Dawn?

You have to have the Crusader title to access the vendor that sells the heirlooms.

The Crusader Title requires you to be exalted with all five Horde Reps, Exalted with the Argent Crusade and Silver Covenant, and became a Champion for all five cities.

It'll take you about a month. Good luck.

This is correct. The vendor will not sell you anything until you've met this criteria.

It depends on your play style.

If for instance you log on for half an hour a day, when you don't have to raid for instance, and just do the dalies, but you don't have enough time to run heroics regularly, then this option would give you access to heirlooms that you wouldn't have had, in a consitant or reasonable amount of time, as you would have if you could heroic farm.

Its just their way of opening they gear for other playstyles.

Well put. It's a pretty decent solo-play alternative to running heroics or raids regularly for heirloom items.

You can out level heirlooms? My mind is blown

All I know is that I've yet to see a quest reward or drop better than my heirloom items while solo-questing on alts... and that's not even including the 20% experience boost they give. Mind blown as well.
