A character cannot change factions while ther

I'm apparently having the same trouble as a lot of other people.

The message "A character cannot change factions while there is mail in their mailbox or en route to their mailbox. " continues to pop up... even after I have checked and rechecked all my mailboxes.

I'm positive nothing is on its way to me. Yet I still cant transfer =(

Can you try submitting your Faction Change once more, Thirteen?

I believe the other guy was correct. I had 1 or 2 grey mail items. That might have been the case.

Just to be clear, you need a completely empty mailbox to transfer or change factions. :)
