10 day free trial/ Blood Elf

IS there no way to do a 10 day free trial and make a blood elf? I know there is a 10 day trial for the burning crusade but can this not be combined with the normal wow 10 day free trial?

I'm afraid not, Steelforever. World of Warcraft "classic" trial accounts are not eligible for the Burning Crusade trial, and therefore are unable to be used to create Blood Elf characters.
