Is there a chance that I might be able to work with companies like Blizzard?

I was never much of a programmer, so in college I chose to major in something I was good at; Writing/Journalism/Public Speaking all fell into the PR degree. I'd love to work for a gaming company that I am passionate about, and Blizzard is one of those.

What kinds of positions might I be able to get into with such a company, if any?

All of our currently available positions are listed online here: http://www.blizzard.com/us/jobopp/ and information is provided about each of them regarding what we are looking for in the candidates.

And yes, we do have a Public Relations department, it just isn't big so there aren't a lot of positions available for it - but keep an eye out as they do open up here and there.

Hey Bornakk, would a position along the lines of your work be considered part of this PR umbrella? Or is yours a bit more focused on Community Relations within World of Warcraft specifically and they are two separate entities? Thanks for your time.

The Community Team falls under the Public Relations here, just like you said, it has a different focus for the day to day work.
