Faction change and Ebon Blade problem

Hello, first of all I realize this service is new, and there are bound to be some problems, and I also realize I should open an in game ticket, however I already have one open reporting someone for spewing racist hate speech in the trade channel and don't want to abandon that one.

My problem is that after I did the faction change (which btw, for me went relatively quickly, only 2 1/2 hours) the 'phasing' part for Ebon Blade has been reset at the ShadowVault to what it was before I did any of the quests there. Now as you can see from my reputation, (800 points from Exalted with the Ebon Blade) I obvious did all the quests before. And I cannot redo them again to get the FP at ShadowVault (which was removed since the phasing was rolled back) nor interact with the Ebon Blade quarter master.

Now it is not a big deal really for me, since I don't need anything from there, but the income from the easy Shadowvault dailies will be missed until this issue can be (hopefully repaired).

I am just posting this in the customer support forum to make Blizzard and the GM's aware of this situation in case it has happened to others. And if this has been reported before, then I apologize.

Hey there, Naturen.

The phasing issue you're experiencing is actually intended. Now that you're a member of the opposing faction, your faction specific quests have been reset. Because the events surrounding the Shadow Vault are influenced directly by faction specific quests, you will need to complete a few quests to regain access to these dailies.

Members of the Alliance need to report to the Skybreaker and members of the Horde must visit Ogrim's Hammer for a little fun and games. ;)
