Faction Change/ Mailbox error?

I was attempting to do a faction change for my Character Xrush on Blade's Edge and it says that I have mail or that mail is en route to my mailbox. " An error has occurred on this page. A character cannot change factions while there is mail in their mailbox or en route to their mailbox." I logged in and deleted the saved mail in my mailbox and there is none on the way, then when I tried again I got the same message. Is there a way to fix this please?

You've a letter in your mailbox from the Auction House with gold still attached, I believe. The letter arrived yesterday, so it should be visible to the player eye.

Does this piece of mail simply not show up for you, Xcrush? If so, I can certainly help you retrieve it.
