Faction transfer reputation problem

recently transferred a death knight from alliance to horde. it was exalted with "knights of the ebon blade", and it still is, but i cant talk to the npcs anymore because they arent here.
I can talk to baron silver at the shadow vault, but he has no quests for me since ive done them all. all the other npcs are enemies though.

i have a ticket open in game, but i also want to hear if any1 is having this problem.
