Faction Change Issue - Blue Tracker

Hey,

I decided to server transfer and faction change my alliance 70 mage to my main's server. I also deleted one of my low levels because I wanted to use it's name. After the server transfer my toon's name had random numbers and letters after the name which i know is for same name issues. I then did a faction change without changing the name. It comes through and im able to recustimize the mage...at the creation screen i also change the name while im in there. It successfully name changed and customized the toon. When I try to enter the world it says it's still flagged for a name change and when I type in my desired name it says the name's unavailable.

Or simply in use on a character that is under level 10 or has not been logged in for awhile. You are welcome to submit an in-game petition to have the issue reviewed, in some cases we may be able to help the exceptions to the rule are not very common but it never hurts to ask though.
