Question about Faction Change

I currently have Winterspring Frostsaber and thinking of switching to Horde, I know that the Wintersaber Trainer reputation will be gone *poof* but I will get Venomhide Ravasaur instead.

Now, my question is that what if i decided to switch BACK from Horde to Alliance. Will I get the reputation back? If not, Will I get back the Winterspring Frostsaber still?

In your case, you should be getting the Venomhide Ravasaur in the Wintersaber's place.
