10 hour transfer approval?

After unveiling the Faction Change service, a large influx of player have begun to use the various paid services we provide. Accordingly, you may notice a slight increase in the amount of time it takes to process your transaction. You have our sincerest apologies for any delays, but I can assure you these processes are completing as quickly as possible.

You are welcome to play on any characters no currently in queue for a transfer, Brightness. Please be sure to stay logged out of the characters you are looking to transfer, though.

is there a wait from when your acount is made to when you can transfer, example (not realistic) say i made an acount and i got a charecter to 80 in an hour would i have to wait for a while before i cound transfer it to another acount?

Only if you're transferring between separate Battle.net accounts, Bloodjerico. Please be aware, however, that you're only able to transfer these characters between accounts if you are the registered user of both accounts.
