Charged for faction change, but still pending

As the topic says i have already been charged for the faction change, and according to my transaction page for the last few hours it is still pending. It says and i quote

"These faction changes are currently being processed. You may still cancel these transations, since your credit card has not been charged." but obviously that's not true because i have been charge.

Also it's been over 12 hours since i initiated the process. Just wondering if there was an issue that i should be aware of or if i should call billing or not to worry at all.

The highly anticipating Faction Change feature was just recently implemented, and several players are looking to take advantage of it as quickly as possible. Accordingly, you may notice some extended delays in the process.

We're keeping a watchful eye on the service and will do whatever we can to help expedite the process.
